SUMMERVILLE Frances Tudor Cargle, 84,died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013.Born to the late Edward Reece and Mamie Louise Elsberry Tudor on Oct. 4, 1928. Mrs. Cargle was a member of the Fishers Chapel United Methodist Church, and was preceded in death by her husband, the late Houston Cargle Jr. on Feb. 1, 1996; granddaughter, Kimberly Cargle; sister, Mildred Smith McGuire; brother J.W. "Jake" Tudor; and brother-in-law, Fred Townsell.Surviving are sons and spouses, Ronnie and Sarah Cargle and Jeff and Paula Cargle; granddaughter, Suzanne Bailey; great-granddaughter, Lexie Bailey; sisters and brother-in-law, Winona and Billy Hughes, all of Summerville and Rebecca Townsell, of Fort Oglethorpe; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, at Fishers Chapel United Methodist Church with Reverends David Autry, Jerry Wolfe and Art Graves officiating.Interment in the Church Cemetery.
