FLAT ROCK Offie Frazier Tinker, loving wife and mother passed away at her residence in Flat Rock, on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at the age of 80.Survivors include husband of 60 years, David Morgan Tinker; daughter, Sandra Tinker (Stacy) Whetzell; son, Steve (Becky) Tinker; grandchildren, Chad, Amy, Kyle, Amberly, Brooke, Alisa, Bradley, Whitney, Ashley and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Daly, William, Victoria, Atalie, Elliana, Ivey, Kade, Isaac, Owen, Piper, Nathanael and Merci.Mrs. Tinker was preceded in death by her parents, Rutherford B. and Elizabeth Jane Farmer Frazier; sisters, Lucille Wootten, Nelva Tucker, Nola Frazier, Ocie Tinker; and brother, Arvil Frazier.Leave condolences online at www.cornerstonefuneralchapel.com.Funeral services are at 1 p.m. CDT Thursday at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Pastor Waylon Stewart officiating.Burial will follow in Payne Gap cemetery.Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. CDT today and 11 a.m. until service time on Thursday.
