Annette Rhoades

Annette Magdalene Rhoades, 67, of Stevenson, Ala., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013.She was born in Chattanooga, to the late, Samuel Floyd and Maggie Akins and has lived in the Chattanooga area for most of her life. She was a member of Covenant Promise Church in Cleveland, Tenn., and was previously employed with Piccadilly Cafeteria for more than 35 years as a Cashier. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Akin and Dewayne Akin.Survivors include her husband, Allen Ray Rhoades Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Allen Ray (Staci) Rhoades Jr., of Stevenson; daughter, Patricia Rogers, of East Ridge; sister, Agnes Brodie, of Rossville; five grandchildren, Jeremy Rich, Jared Rhoades, Caleb Rhoades, Keegan Rogers and Cheyenne Rogers; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Ken Ellidge officiating.Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.The family will begin receiving friends after noon today and prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.Online guest book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.Arrangements by W.L.
