William Blunk

William Chalmers Blunk, 90, of Chattanooga, died in a Chattanooga hospital Wednesday, April 2, 2014, Mr. Blunk was a Veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded by his wife, Edna Mae Newman Blunk; his parents, Chalmers and Alta Able Blunk; brothers, Gary and Richard Blunk; sister, Gloria Hurndon. Survivors include a brother, James Blunk, Florida; and a sister, Annys Talley, Florida; nieces, Bonnie Sue Harner, Chattanooga, Patricia Jordan, Faye Porter, Soddy-Daisy, Claudia Roller, Florida, Kay Woods, Hixson, Dena Elliott, Rossville. Graveside services were held 3 p.m. CDT Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Cordell Cemetery in Dunlap.
