Kenneth Wayne Simonds, 87, of East Ridge, died April 8, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. today, April 11, from the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Ehlers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-3 p.m. today. Additional services and visitation will be in Blue Ridge, Ga.
