Johnathan Cass Sr.

Johnathan Paul Cass Sr. simply known as "Cass" by many, 42, of Chattanooga, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, April 13, 2014. He was a deacon at Greens Lake Road Church of Christ and a fill-in preacher at Meigs County Church of Christ. Johnathan had been involved with Scouts for many years and was Cub Master of Pack 431. He traveled the world while singing with the Chattanooga Boys Choir and the Singing Mocs at UTC. Survivors include his wife, Carla Cass; daughter, Emily Cass; two sons, Johnathan "Nate" Cass Jr. and Andrew Cass; parents, David Sr. and Linda Fields Cass; brother, David Cass Jr.; sister, Krista Cass Brown; several nieces and nephews; one great-niece. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. today at Greens Lake Road Church of Christ with Minister Reid Perry officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:306 p.m. today in the church fellowship hall.
