Vera Huckabee

Vera Earline Huckabee, 61, passed away, Friday, April 18, 2014, at her residence. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, James Huckabee; children, Amanda (Wayne) Huckabee, Bryant, Becky (Corbin) Davis, New Hope, Ala., and Chris (Sherry) Worley, Orm, Tenn.; sister, Jamie Davis Blevins, Ider, Ala.; aunts, Shirley (Tex) Webb, Cleveland, Tenn., Virginia Webb, Tiftonia, Tenn.; uncles, J.P. Ridge, Tiftonia, and Eugene Ridge, Bryant, Ala.; four granddaughters; and seven grandsons. A special thanks to Alacare Hospice and Lori Barrentine and Judy Chisnall. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. EDT today, April 19, 2014, in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Sam Whited officiating. Burial will be held in Whited Cemetery.
