Annie Childers

Annie Myrtle Childers, 85, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family. She was of the Baptist faith. She was born in Beersheba Springs on May 29, 1928 to McKinley and Elease Walker Richardson who preceded her in death along with her husband, Richard Henry Childers; son, Raymond Richardson; sisters, Cleo Bouldin, Mary Jane and Iola Grace Richardson. She is survived by her sons, Melvin (Elaine), Richard (Kim), Ted (Peggy) and Ralph (Kay) Childers; daughters, Donna Childers, Wanda (Bruce) Meeks and Patricia (J.L.) Smith; daughter-in-law, Cathy Richardson; sister, Hazel Richardson; 19 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
