Robert Fox Sr.

Robert Fox Sr. Robert L. Fox, Sr. 78, of Chattanooga passed away Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at his home. He was born in East Peoria, Ill., lived most of his life in Virginia, and recently relocated to Chattanooga to be near family. He was a good Christian man and taught Sunday School to four year olds for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Navy and was retired from Bank of America Corporation. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret W. Fox; daughter, Jayne Lea (Geff) Adams; son, Robert L. Fox Jr.; grandchildren, Heather Adams (Daniel) Klapp, Josh (Caroline) Adams and Daniel Adams. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Eric Mullinax officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
