Donna Westmoreland

Donna Rae Westmoreland, 53, died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014. She is survived by three daughters, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service 2 p.m. CDTtoday, Aug. 17, from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson.
