Izetta Thurmond

Izetta H. Thurmond 95, passed away in Chicago, Ill., on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memory one son, William Tilbert Taylor; a brother, William S. Hight; one grandson; two granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stanley United Methodist Church with Rev. Elston McLain. Viewing will be an hour before at the church. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery after service.
