Ms. Nelva Ray Vaughn, 50, passed away Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014, at Marshall Medical Center. Services are 2 p.m. CDT Monday, Aug. 25, from the W.T.Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
