William Franklin Jr.

William "Toney" Franklin Jr. passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Franklin Sr. and Willow Mae Ellison; two siblings. Survivors include his nephew, Terrance Franklin; devoted friend, Tiffany Pruitt; adopted daughter, BeeBee Gustus; several close friends. Funeral services will held at noon Thursday, Aug. 27, 2014, in the Chapel with Rev. Wayne Johnson officiating. Interment in Highland Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 78 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
