Willis Edward Allen, 67, passed away at his residence on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014. Fuenral at 2 p.m CST Saturday at Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He will lie in state at the church 1-2 p.m. CST. Visitation 3-8 p.m. today at Burt Chapel, Fort Payne.
