Joe Liebe E.J. "Joe" Liebe, 82, of East Ridge, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, at St. Vincents East Hospital in Birmingham, Ala. Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with entombment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
