Melvin Frost Jr., 69, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, in the Hospice Care Center. The body will lie in state today after 10:30 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
