Leon Miller

Leon Miller, 72, went to his heavenly home Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014. Leon worke at G.W. Jones as a manager from 1957-1997. then retired to do his dream job as a farmer raising cattle. Mr. Miller sat presently on the North Alabama Co-Op board and did so for 12 years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Grace Miller; daughters, Regina (Rae)Miller Marks, Amanda Grace Miller Davidson; sons, MicahelDewayne Miller, Robert "Robbie"Brett Keel; brother, William Ambres Miller; grandchildren, Joshua Miller, Matthew Kell, Tala Gabrielle Manning, Mythyas Kash Davidson, Montana Heath Marks, Fyonanne Grace Davidson. Leon was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie andGracie Miller; first wife, Mary Francis Ellen Miller; and daughter, Connie Annett Miller. Family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. CST today, Dec. 26, at the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro. Pastor James Wilborn will officiate. Burial will follow at the Miller Family Cemetery in Paint Rock.
