Lula Darden

Mrs. Lula Louise Darden, 69, passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, William Rogers Darden; parents, Hamilton and Ludie Bell Williamson; sister, Gertrude Williamson; and brother, Weldon Williamson. She is survived by her children, Leslie (Larry) Marsh of Chickamauga, Ga., Robert (Robbin) Darden of Ringgold, Ga., Hope Sams of Rome, Ga., Tara (Eric) Gordon of Harrison, Tenn.; grandchildren, Casslin (Joy) Darden, Crei Gordon, Brishna Darden, Raven Darden, Diaz Darden, Eric Gordon Jr., Kalius Darden, Zackary Darden, Jamichael Sandrige, DeShawn Moore; great grandchildren, Markavian Darden, Makaylee Darden, Jazzlyn Darden, Jyler Darden; sisters, Pauline Beaman, Myrtle Williamson, Carrie Long, Annie Appleberry, Sylvia Williamson; aunt, Dorothy Mae Marsh; sister-in-law, Vickie Junell Darden; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Kensington, with Pastor William Tramble and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-7 p.m. today. Interment: Garmany Cemetery.
