Robert Jacob "Robbie" McClure, 24, of Hixson, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at his residence. Robbie was born on Feb. 23, 1989, in Fort Oglethorpe, and attended Ringgold and Soddy-Daisy High Schools. He was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God and worked as a laborer in the construction industry. He loved fishing and listening to music and enjoyed making people laugh. Robbie was preceded in death by his grandmother, Peggy McClure and grandfather, Larry Price Sr. Survivors include his parents, Michael and Loretta Price McClure; brother, Adam McClure; sister, Kayla McClure, all of Rossville; grandparents, Leroy McClure and Roberta (Phil) Graham; girlfriend, Megan McWilliams of Hixson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his dog, Scrappy also survive. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. John Rayburn officiating. Burial will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
