Hester Braden

Hester Mae Brewer Braden, 75, departed this life Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, after a courageous battle with kidney disease. She was a member of Palmer and Altamont Church of Christ and a beautiful person to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Inez Givens James and Mitchell Meeks; husband, Bernice "Bones" Brewer. She is survived by her many loving cousins and friends including Charlotte (Gary) Haynes, Melba (Gerald) Smith, Charles Ronnie (Rosalyn) and Tim Knight; uncle, Philip Fults. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Philip Fults and Joe Gray officiating with burial to follow in Fall Creek Cemetery.
