Rose Ann Ventura, U.S. Navy veteran, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014. Services 11 a.m. today in the Foster & Lay Chapel with full military honors provided by Sequatchie Valley Veterans Honor Guard. Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City is in charge of arrangements.
