Theresa Veal

Theresa Veal, 55, of East Ridge passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at her residence. She was a native of Detroit, MI and had lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area. She was of the Church of God faith and her passions in life were her family, Elvis, her baby dolls, and working puzzles. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Downing and Aunt, Reba Clouse. Survivors include her mother, Shirley Farmer of East Ridge; brother, Allen Veal of East Ridge; aunts, uncles, and cousins, Pamela and Doyle Williams, Debra and David Wooten, Tyler Williams, Donnie Dunning, Jason Clouse, Billy Dewayne Johnson, J.D. McNabb, and Sissie McNabb. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel. Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, West. The family will receive friends today from 5-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
