Brandon Hicks

Christopher Brandon Hicks, 29, passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born in East Ridge on Sept. 17, 1984. Brandon was a devoted son, brother, father, husband and a friend to many. He is survived by the love of his life, Angela Haskin Hicks; son, Elijah Landon Hicks; mother, Deea Lee Hicks Dirks; fathers, Russell Dirks and Jake Haynes; brothers, Joshua Blake Haynes and Austin Caleb Dirks; sister, Katheryn Elizabeth Dirks; grandparents, uncles, aunts, nephews, niece and cousins. A celebration of life service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at the First United Methodist Church, 301 W. Main St., Dallas N.C. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donation be made to a trust for his son Elijah Landon. Contact the family for information.
