Elma Jean Smith

Elma Jean Bell Duggan Smith, 92, formerly of Chattanooga passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at her daughters home in South Carolina. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Rev. Scott E. Green officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today Feb. 14, 2014, in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
