Joseph Kohlmann

Joseph Henry Kohlmann, 94, of Chattanooga, joined his late wife of over 50 years on Valentines Day, Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, He was a veteran of WWII serving as a Tech Sergeant in the U.S. Army. Mr. Kohlmann retired as Brand Manager for Chattem Drug. He was a master craftsman working with leaded glass windows and lamps. Mr. Kohlmann was owner of Kohlmann Tiffany Lamps. He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Kohlmann. Survivors include his children, Pat Kwait-Smith (Allen Smith), Timothy Alan Kohlmann (Wanda G. Kohlmann) and Joseph Gregory Kohlmann, all of Chattanooga; two grandchildren, Joseph James Kohlmann and Joseph Henry Kohlmann; two great-grandchildren, Korbin Kohlmann and Aiden Kohlmann. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014 at Christ United Methodist Church 8645 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
