Bobby Joe McCarter, 77, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at the Bridge Assisting living facility in South Pittsburg. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. CST Friday at Sequatchie Memorial Gardens in Kimball, Tenn. Pastor Ronnie Case will officiate the service. Valley Funeral Home, Bridgeport.
