Claude Howard, 91, passed away Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 in a local hospital. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Minister Chris Tate officiating. Military Honors will also be observed.
