Agnes Campbell

Agnes Lavonia Campbell, 82, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014. She had lived in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas for most of her life and was of the Church of God faith. She was a loving and devoted sister, wife and mother who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Morgan; mother, Grace Weaver; husband, A.T. Campbell; brother, James Franklin Morgan; and sister, Bonnie Morgan. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and (Leonard) Dye, of Graysville, Tenn.; two sisters, Betty Bowlan, of Loudon, Tenn., and Ruth Nunley, of Freemont, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, with Pastor Adam Mew officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. today and prior to leaving for the service on Friday at the funeral home.
