Grace Lydia Owens, 98 of Chattanooga, passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at the Hospice Center of Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at Concord Baptist Church, with Rev. David King officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
