Annette Fugatt

Frances Annette Fugatt, 58, of East Ridge passed away at home in her sleep on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014. Survivors include her parents, Tom and Yvonne Fugatt; sister, Tammy Burns; brother, Doug (Terri) Fugatt; several special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South with the Rev. Bobby Webb officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House 200 Central Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
