Napoleon Ramsey, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at his residence. Funeral 12:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Jacks as the eulogist. Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
