Sandra L. Davis McCarver, 50, passed away, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014. She was a retired dispatcher of the South Pittsburg Police Department. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Potts Davis. Sandra is survived by her husband, James McCarver; father, R. L. Davis; daughter, Jamie Lynn McCarver; brothers, Roger and Eddie Davis and sister. Barbara Bohanan. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. CST, Tuesday, Jan. 7, with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Vernon Coffman officiating.
