Cleo Henry

Cleo Agnes Hall Henry, 69, of Red Bank, passed away at her home on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, and took her journey home to Gods glorious kingdom on the wings of angles where she smiles on all of her family and is now reunited with loved ones from the past. Cleo was born on Feb. 21, 1944, in Johnson City, Tenn., to Seth and Lena Hall. She was of Baptist faith and a lifelong resident of Red Bank where she was a well known local artist. She retired after many years as a professional in the wall paper industry, but continued her passion for oil painting, cooking and spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. Cleos wonderful smile and joyous laughter were her trademarks as she never met a stranger. Survivors include daughters, Carla Edgil Mordecai and Stacey Henry Cummins; grandchildren, Phillip Dowda, Mahgan Mordecai and Emma Ryder; great-grandson, Therion Mordecai; two sisters, Cathy Hall Cox and Wendy Hall Gaddis; five brothers, Gary Hall, Gerald Hall, Gale Hall, Benny Hall and Bob Hall; special niece, Lisa Hall Everett and her children, Jason and Amber Bowers as well as several other nieces and nephews. Cleos wish is that her ashes be scattered at the families Bell Hill Cemetery high up in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee. Condolences may be shared at www.lanefh.com.
