Ressie Neighbors

Ressie E. Neighbors, 75, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today, Jan. 12, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Jackie Penney officiating. Burial will follow at Poe Cemetery.
