Maxine Sexton

Edna Maxine Foster Sexton, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014. She was born in Catoosa County on March 2, 1934. Mrs. Sexton was a member of Mission Glen Baptist Church and was retired from Hutcheson Medical Center after 30 years as a transporter in the Imaging Center. Mrs. Sexton was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Earl and Susie Ball; husbands, Charles R. "Buddy" Foster and Howard Sexton. Survivors are her brother, Edward Ball; sons, Charles R. (Gail) Foster Jr., Sammy E. (Cindy) Foster; daughter, Charlotte (Terry) Lovelady; and five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. today in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park with the Rev. Steve Wells officiating. Visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort with the family.
