Jerry Hixon

Keith "Jerry" Jerome Hixon, 57, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014. He was of the Baptist faith, was a former shop foreman at Wabash Trailer Sales and he enjoyed metal detecting, hunting and riding motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Hixon. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Hixon Finley; two children, Jennifer and Ryanne Johnson; two brothers, Eugene Hixon Jr. and Mark Hixon; grandson, Waylon "Rowdy" Johnson; two nephews, Jason and Brantley Hixon; and several other family members and friends. The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. today at the funeral home and Saturday prior to the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jerry Yother officiating.
