Mrs. Billy Imogene Clements, 78, died Monday, Jan. 27, 2014. Funeral is set for 2 p.m. CST today, Jan. 29, from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel, Rainsville, Ala. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
