Linda Faye Taylor

Linda Faye Bates Taylor (1970 Lakeview HS Alumnus) died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at her home in Gainesboro, Tenn. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Gavami, of Bethpage, Tenn.; one granddaughter, Robyn Praught; one grandson, Michael Gavami; one great-granddaughter, Sage Praught; three sisters, Nita (Ray) Schaerer, of Pilot Point, Texas, Norma (Ray) Crawford, of Ringgold, Ga., and Glenda (David) Burris, of Trion, Ga. Linda Faye was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Robin Putnam; her husband, Louis Taylor; parents, J.B. and Bonnie Bates; one brother, Walton Bates and one sister, Delores Bates (Rick) Hutson. A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Lakeview Wesleyan Church, located at 13 South Center St., Rossville.
