Doyle L. "Gabby" Lawson, 76, died Sunday, June 29, 2014. Survivors: son, Jeff Lawson and his German shepherd, Sadie; sisters, Jean Ownbey and Sue Presley. Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Michigan Avenue Baptist Church. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
