Charity JoAnn Brown, 50, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in the Hospice Care Center. Funeral at 1 p.m. today, July 6, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Minister Phynis Hall as the eulogist. Burial: Highland Memorial Gardens.
