Billy Don Tapp, 58, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014. Visitation Tuesday from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold, Ga.
