Myra Headrick

Myra Annette Headrick, 58 years old, entered eternal peace on July 16, 2014 at her home in Ringgold. Annette was the daughter of the late Johnny and Betty Plott. She was born on March 22, 1956 in Ringgold. Annette was a member of the Ringgold High Schools graduating class of 1973. She married the love of her life, and became the mother of two daughters. Alongside her husband, Annette owned and operated Universal Paint & Collision Center in Ringgold, Ga. Annette was a woman of faith and the heart of her family. She will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul. She had a sweet smile and a loving and generous heart. Annettes legacy will live on through all the lives she has touched. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband of 40 years, William Luther Headrick Jr.; her two daughters, Kristy Headrick and Valerie Headrick Stoner; a son-in-law, Scott Stoner; as well as her granddaughter, Adyson Stoner, all of Ringgold, Ga. Other survivors include siblings, Benny Plott, Earl Plott, Deloris Madewell, and Shirley Stubblefield, all of Ringgold, and Barbara Davis of Alabama. She also leaves behind her father and mother-in-law, Billy and Katherine Headrick; and sister-in-law, Faye Headrick, as well as nieces and nephews and numerous loving family and friends. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to all who helped to care for Annette in her final moments of life. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home, 3239 Battlefield Parkway, Fort Oglethorpe. Visitation hours will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today, July 18, 2014.
