Bethany Jill Carver Blackburn, 45, of Chattanooga, died Monday, July 14, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Stan Combs officiating. Inurnment will be in the church columbarium.
