Debra Rector

Debra Lynn Rector, 56, passed away Friday, July 18, 2014. She was a member of the Living by Faith Church and was a lay Minister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wade Franklin and Margaret Bookout Rowe. Debra is survived by her husband, David G. Rector; son, James Franklin Rector; daughter; Andrea Hill; brother, Greg (Ruth) Rowe; granddaughter, McKenleigh Autumn Rector, and nephew, Jonathan Hill.
