Gertrude Woodward

Gertrude Woodward, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Friday, July 18, 2014. Gertrude had lived in the Soddy-Daisy area for over 60 years and had attended Mile Straight Baptist Church and Calvary Bible Church. Survivors: daughter, Nancy Ables; sister, Geraldine Hughes; three brothers, Ralph, Joe and Jimmy Davis; a special friend, Pastor Bill Henry. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Minister Ken Chambers officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home 601 Ashland Terrace.
