Charles Custer, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014, in a local hospital. Graveside service at 2 p.m. today in Forest Hills Cemetery with Pastor Ronald Woods as the eulogist. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga Inc.
