Donny Ray Smith, 49, died Friday, July 25, 2014. Preceded in death by stepfather, Wilburn Ellison. Survived by mother, Alma Williams Ellison; daughter, Katlyn Smith; sons, Justin Tyler Smith and Chris Smith; sister, Cathy (Carl) Tucker; brother, David (Analyse) Wilson; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial service at 5 p.m. Monday, July 28, at the Gospel Light Fellowship Church, 36 Fortune St., LaFayette, Rev. Chris Spears officiating. No visitation. The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
