Glenna Jackson

Glenna Jo Jackson, 53, died Thursday, July 24, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles A. Jackson; stepfather, Bob Dukes; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Hegwood; and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Jackson. She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Snyder and Josh Smith; one son, Cliff Snyder; one granddaughter, Callie Snyder; mother, Rose Dukes; three sisters, Lynn Brown, Karen Brown, Lisa Wilder; three brothers, Ken Jackson, Tim Jackson and Andy Jackson; a longtime companion, Tom Lang; and best friend Yvonne Scelson. Graveside service at the LaFayette Cemetery at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, with Rev. Bill Lang officiating. Pallbearers are Tom Lang, Jeremy Ball, Cliff Snyder, Josh Jackson, Brian Talley, and Keith Talley. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. Monday, July 28. The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
