Bill Scoggins

William Oscar "Bill" Scoggins died Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Hutcheson Medical Center. He was born Feb., 24, 1960, and was preceded in death by his father, William Scoggins, and sister, Wanda Hart. Bill is survived by his mother, Betty Stoker; sisters Alexis Smith and Karen Gill; daughter, Brandi Dixon; sons, William Zachary Scoggins and Jacob Patrick Scoggins; and grandchildren, Madeline and Avery Dixon. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at Lakewood Memory Gardens South, 325 Greens Lake Road, just off Lakeview Drive in Rossville.
