Nancy Brannon

Nancy B. Brannon, 69, of Rossville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at her residence. She was a native of Asheboro, N.C., where she was a lifelong member of the Giles Chapel Methodist Church, and she had lived most of her life in the Rossville area. Mrs. Brannon was a homemaker and her passions in life were God, her family, crocheting and cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents, John F. Bullins Sr. and Connie Bullins; and three brothers, John Franklin Bullins Jr., Tom Bullins, and David Bullins. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Charles "Tony" Brannon; six children, Tammy (John) Gass, Danny (Anke) Johnson, Johnny Brannon, James (Elisabeth) Brannon, Cheryl (Denny) Powers and Jennifer (Joe) Davis; brother, James "Jim" Earl Bullins; 19 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com. Funeral services will be held Monday at 6 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Linda Llewellyn officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from noon until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
